The bodies of Futouris e. V. are:

The highest bodies of Futouris is the general meeting. The Executive Board - consisting of the Chairman, both his delegates and the treasurer - are elected at the general meeting for a period of five years. The Chairman and the 1st delegate Chairman are responsible for the outward representation of the association (ยง 26 BGB). Both have sole power of representation. The Executive Board is assisted by an Advisory Committee.
The Management Board runs the business of the association in coordination with the Executive Board, coordinates the funded projects and is the contact point for members, project partners and the press.
